Pay For Visitors, Not Ads!

Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising systems like Google Adwords allow you to set up advertising campaigns for your website. You can set up multiple ad groups that point to different insurance products you sell, different pages on your insurance sales website, or even different insurance websites you may manage!

To get started with Google Adwords, you will need an adwords account and then use Google’s Adwords Tutorial. You can geo-target your ads to the city or state you are licensed to sell insurance in.

Effective Adwords Ads For Insurance

You will need to learn how to write an advertisement that will get a potential client’s attention, and this may be a trial and error process. The best way to learn is to do searches on Google that you think your clients may use when looking for an insurane agent. Then look at other ads that show up under that search and get an idea of what other insurance agents find effective. Now do not copy other insurance agents advertisements. In fact, you will have your greatest success when you can make your ads unique to your own business style and features. However, it won’t hurt to start getting ideas from other people’s campaigns.

Insurance Keywords For Paid Search

Then you will need to learn to bid on search terms. For instance if you sell No Medical Exam Term Life Insurance, and think that may be a good product to start with, come up with a list of keywords that potential insurance clients may type in when they want to buy term life insurance with no physical! Again, this may sound a bit easier then it really is, but you can get the knack with practice and study.

You can find lots of resources on setting up Google Adwords campaigns, so hey… just google it!

Is Your Insurance Agent System Working For You?

The biggest key to an Insurance Sales System is to have one! Most of the high producers I know believe in a system poker casino onlinecasino gioco virtualevideo poker online gratisbonus code casinodownload slotsvendita video pokercasino online postepayvideo poker freewarecasino online itregole crapsblack jackcasino italia bonusstrip roulettewww casinocasino en lignegiochi keno in lineacasino online in italiaquestionario casino on netslots machinesbonus dei casinowww casino online comroulette per giocare, giocare roulette, giocare a roulettecasino on line senza depositocasino tropezgioco baccarat in linea gratisgambling casinovideo poker da scaricare gratisaprire casino onlinevideo poker on line, video poker on line gratis, giochi on line video pokerplay free baccaratcasino online certificatigioco casino gratisgiochi casino da scaricarevideo poker per pccasino on line italiaroulette strategyplay free baccarat onlinegiochi keno gratisscaricare video pokercasino’ onlinegiochi casino online gratisstrategie roulettewww casino on linecasino on line conregole roulettegioco gratuitoonline gamblingpoker gamestexas hold em pokeronline poker cheating and they follow it. If that system is simple as making 100 phone calls a week, or as complex as a high tech dialer and automated followup system, it is a method in place for generating prospects, converting to sales, and following up.

On the other hand, most of the insurance agents who are barely scraping by, or not making it at all, sort of flounder around from one method to the next. And they do not follow up. According to one study I saw, a major company reported that their average life insurance sale came a month after the initial contact. Imagine how many sales you are losing by never following up with prospects after the first attempt to make an appointment!

Does Your Insurance Sales Website Make Sales?

Everybody wants a website, and I would be the first one to tell insurance agents that they need to be online. However, many agents do invest in a nice looking website, and then sit back and wait for sales to roll in. Let me tell you, a website is not enough! A pretty website is not enough. People need to be able to find your website, and that website must broadcast an effective message.

I think this post on Insurance Agent Websites Making Sales sums up the requirements of a good website, and the effort to promote that website. It discusses the two things a good sales website needs. First you need visitors to come to your wonderful part of the internet. Secondly, when visitors arrive, they need a strong call to action. So, you need to decide what you want to use your own website for, and then you can work for those goals.

In these days when an online search for insurance returns thousands of results, it will not be enough to simply put a website online. You need a plan to promote and use your new tool, and you need to know what you want the tool to do!
